Shipping Destinations

Kingoid currently ships to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, local regulations, carrier serviceability, or other logistical limitations.

If we are unable to ship to your location after your order has been placed, our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available alternatives or arrange a full refund.

Order Processing

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During this time, we verify payment, prepare your items, conduct quality inspections, and carefully package your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on your destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, and carrier operations.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 10–20 business days
  • Canada: 10–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 12–25 business days

These delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.

The total shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.

From time to time, Kingoid may offer promotional free shipping events on selected products or destinations. Any applicable offers will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment, depending on the shipping carrier.

If you have not received your tracking information within several days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Multiple Shipments

To improve delivery efficiency, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouses or fulfillment partners.

If this occurs, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each shipment.

You will only be charged the shipping fee shown during checkout.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Carrier capacity limitations
  • Unexpected logistical issues

Kingoid is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment and, whenever possible, communicating with the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Local customs authorities determine these charges, which are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Because customs policies vary between countries, Kingoid cannot predict or guarantee the amount of these charges.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned to the carrier, or become undeliverable.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please get in touch with us immediately. We will do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.

Additional shipping fees resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the product so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier before contacting us.

Kingoid will assist customers in investigating lost shipments whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that the shipping carrier confirms as successfully delivered.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may incur return shipping fees, storage fees, or additional reshipping charges.

Any applicable deductions will be made from the refund amount where permitted.
