While we carefully inspect and prepare every order before shipment, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms outlined in this Return Policy.

Return Eligibility

Kingoid accepts return requests within 30 calendar days of your order's delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The rug must be unused and remain in its original condition.
  • The product must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, washing marks, alterations, or any other signs of use.
  • The item must include the original packaging, labels, accessories, and any included materials.
  • The returned product must be in a condition that allows it to be inspected and resold.

If a returned item does not meet these requirements, Kingoid reserves the right to refuse the return or to issue a partial refund based on the product's actual condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, product integrity, and resale reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Customized or personalized rugs.
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products that have been used, washed, cut, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior approval from Kingoid customer service.

Returned rugs must:

  • Remain unused and in original condition.

  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items. Any damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging may affect the final refund amount.

Step 4: Ship the Product Back

After receiving return approval, please send the product back using a reliable shipping carrier with tracking information.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns caused by personal reasons, including:

  • Changing your mind.
  • Choosing the wrong size or style.
  • No longer needing the product.
  • Ordering by mistake.

Kingoid will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the return is caused by our error, including:

  • Receiving the wrong item.
  • Receiving a damaged product.
  • Receiving a product with a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Please keep your return receipt and tracking information until your refund has been completed.

Kingoid is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, or not successfully delivered during return transportation.

Step 5: Return Inspection

Once your returned item arrives, our team will carefully inspect the product.

  • Whether original packaging and included materials are complete.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless an error made by Kingoid causes the return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the outer packaging.
  • Photos clearly showing the product issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

After reviewing your request, Kingoid may provide one of the following solutions:

  • A partial refund.
  • A full refund.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund.

  • Products returned with minor signs of handling.
  • Missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Products with slight damage that does not affect normal use but reduces resale value.
  • Items that are not returned in their original condition for reasons not caused by Kingoid.

The final refund amount will be determined after inspection of the returned item.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they enter the processing or shipping stage.

If your order has not started fulfillment, we will provide a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Return Policy.

Exchanges

Kingoid does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning your original item, provided it meets our return requirements, and placing a new order for your preferred product.

Late or Missing Refunds
